Dear Parents and Families,
We are enjoyed great first day back at school. A highlight of the day was our morning “Welcome Back” assembly where Kristen Hughes and I unveiled our new blue hair to our voracious summer readers who surpassed their BNML summer reading program goal and read close to 1200 books!
Next week, we will recognize the readers who participated in the FCS summer reading challenge in another assembly and award some great prizes.
We are looking forward to a terrific year at FCS!
